# O2E (Own To Earn)

Be Owner of Mobility Device and Earn passive Income

&#x20;NFT Holders can purchase TomaaS NFTs (Real Asset NFTs) to become actual owners of devices operated by Mobility Service Providers.

&#x20;In addition, the Service Provider operates the Mobility Service by renting devices sold as NFTs, and pays part of the operating profits to the NFT Holder.

&#x20;At this time, a Real World Asset NFT represents the proof of ownership for a device, but it is a structure in which Device Collection and NFT Collection are matched, rather than one-to-one matching in the profit structure distribution. Through this, people can minimize the risk of profit distribution due to issues (theft, breakdown, etc.) that may occur in one device.
